What types of drinks do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of handcrafted beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced coffee, and hot chocolate. Our menu also features matcha, specialty iced drinks, spritzes, dirty sodas and more. A selection of alternative milks, including oat, almond, soy, pistachio and macadamia is also available.


What are your pricing options?
Our pricing is tailored to each event and is based on guest count, number of cups, and menu selections. We offer thoughtfully designed packages and are happy to provide a custom quote aligned with your needs.


How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons such as summer and fall. For last-minute inquiries, we will always do our best to accommodate based on availability.


What areas do you serve?
Velour Coffee is fully mobile and serves events across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. We are also available for select events outside the GTA upon request.


What are your setup and power requirements?
We require one standard 120V outlet located within 12-15 feet of our setup. Close access to water is preferable. We also require approximately a 6 by 6 foot space to accommodate our cart and service flow. All equipment is provided, including our espresso machine, grinder, milk, syrups, cups, and signage.


What customization options do you offer?
We offer a range of customization options, including custom drink menus, branded stickers, and personalized cups. Every detail can be tailored to align with your event aesthetic, brand identity, or celebration.
